Below are some frequently asked questions that may help you and your child to acces their remote learning.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where do I find my child's log in details?

Your child would have been sent an email by their teacher with their log in details and a guide as to how to access Microsoft OneNote. If you cannot find these details please email your child's teacher. The guide to access OneNote is available to download on this page.

  • What do I do if I cannot access my child's learning for the day?

If for any reason you cannot access your child's learning, contact their teacher in the first instance. If the issue cannot be resolved quickly, your teacher will email you the learning for that day.

  • Do we have to do our learning at the same time as the school day?

We appreciate that remote learning can be challenging. Some families may be sharing a device, or have parents who are working, as well as trying to support their child's learning. We ask that you do your best and keep in regular contact with your child's teacher if you are unable to complete the remote learning each day.
