Nursery
Children can start in the Nursery class the term after they are three years old. Our Nursery class runs 8.40am - 11.40am with twenty six places. We have an extensive outside area which we share with the Reception class, where the children play and learn from each other. All learning takes place both inside and outside. We plan our exciting and engaging curriculum using the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage ensuring purposeful, fun and exciting play occurs across all the areas of learning: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World, Physical Development and Expressive Arts and Design.

November 2019
Nursery have been exploring the story of Christmas using a technique called reflective storying telling. Parents joined us for a Welcome Wednesday special session together. Afterwards they were asked who they would like to be and what they liked best.
They loved the candles! And have re-enacted it since!
